Juan Enrique Tur Hartmann
Juan Enrique holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad de La Salle in Barcelona. He also completed a Master’s in Business Management at La Salle in Barcelona and in the United States. In addition, he graduated in Telecommunication Systems Management Engineering from Universidad Catolica San Antonio de Murcia and completed a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering at the UOC.
He has more than 30 years of experience in programming and in managing digital transformation projects. The first four years of his career were spent as an application developer, until in 1987 he founded Tisa Internacional S.L, and he has been its managing director ever since.
As managing director his role covers, alongside the usual leadership responsibilities, the analysis of client requirements and, working from those, coordinating and taking part in the development of the software solutions that answer each need, verifying that they are implemented correctly, and providing support and maintenance throughout the life cycle of those applications.
Over his years as managing director he has delivered projects for companies of more than 500 employees, across practically every sector: services, industry, construction and agriculture. He has more than 60 projects delivered across more than 50 companies, both public and private.
Juan Carlos Tur Marí
Juan Carlos is an Industrial Engineer specialising in Electronics from ICAI, at Universidad Pontificia de Comillas. He has also successfully completed 7 Microsoft courses covering Business Central and Power Platform, and 3 Harvard Mentoring School courses covering Business Development.
He has more than 6 years of experience delivering implementation and digital transformation projects. Before joining Tisa Internacional, he built his career as a Consultant and Manager at KPMG and at Bip Consulting, starting out as a Business Analyst at the European Central Bank.
Over his career, Juan Carlos has worked with the major energy companies in Spain and the United States, delivering significant projects across Digital Transformation, Project Management and Operating Model Optimisation:
• He ran a fully operational war room to unblock the outstanding billing of the B2B business of one of Spain’s leading energy companies, which had stalled after a new sales system went live. The work of that room released a total of 50 M€ of blocked monthly billing.
• He was part of the Project Management Office for the migration of the B2B sales flow of a major Spanish energy retailer to Salesforce, responsible for coordination, tracking and project quality.
• He worked on a Logistics Optimisation project at a leading company in the Spanish energy market, covering several workstreams including the analysis of logistics routes in Spain, the business case for repositioning the central warehouse in Mexico, and the business case for automating the central warehouse in Spain.
• He worked on an Operational Excellence project at a leading Spanish renewable energy company, optimising the O&M of wind farms. He was part of the team responsible for analysing and designing the new process, delivered training to the staff running the activity, and tracked the rollout across wind farms in Spain and the USA. Estimated savings in operating costs and increased generation following this project are put at 7 M€ a year in Spain alone.
• He worked on the e-invoicing adoption project at one of Spain’s most important energy retailers. Built on Customer Experience metrics, the project redesigned the process and created campaigns aimed at increasing the share of digitally invoiced customers within the company’s B2C portfolio.
• During his time at the European Central Bank he worked as a Business Analyst on the implementation of a new database for the Market Operations and Risk Analysis departments, handling coordination, tracking, design and implementation quality.
