We rolled out a sales system built on Microsoft Dynamics Navision, giving the company better control of its projects through the Projects module, management of people and machinery through the Resources module, control of purchasing and suppliers through the Purchasing module, and sales, customers and invoicing through the Sales module.
On top of the Projects module we also built a certification system for invoicing as building work progresses. On the Sales module we built a system to manage the point-of-sale terminals, and we integrated the company’s concrete plant so that the delivery notes it generates are received and what has been sold can be invoiced from the ERP.
